Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items

- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Final sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed for shipping.
